Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a winching device which comprises a winding drum (54), a speed reducer (53), a first hydraulic motor (511), a second hydraulic motor (512) and a power transmission device (52), wherein the speed reducer (53) is arranged inside the winding drum (54); a power output end of the first hydraulic motor (511) and a power output end of the second hydraulic motor (512) are respectively connected with a first power input end and a second power input end of the power transmission device (52); and a power output end of the power transmission device (52) is connected with a power input end of the speed reducer (53). On the premise of ensuring a sufficient large output torque, the winching device which adopts the double motors and the single speed reducer has the advantage that the winching device is convenient to install. The invention also provides engineering machinery which comprises the winching device and has the advantages of the winching device.
