The invention discloses a pair of gliders, which comprises glider bodies (1); guide slots (11) used for inserting a pin row of a scraper conveyor (11) are arranged at the bottoms of the glider bodies (1). The gliders also comprise rotatable rollers (2); the rollers (2) are connected with the interiors of the glider bodies (1); and the bottom walls of the rollers (2) are arranged at the top end parts of the guide slots (11). During working, the rollers can roll and walk along the pin row along with the engagement between a traveling wheel and the pin row to change the sliding friction between the guide gliders and the pin row into rolling friction; therefore, the friction between the guide gliders and the pin row of the scraper conveyor is greatly reduced; then the friction of the guide gliders during working is reduced, and the service lives of the guide gliders are prolonged.
