A loading basket (7) is arranged at the right upper end of the incomplete loading gear (1). A material-receiving basket (10) is arranged on the left lower part of the unloading wheel (8). By adopting the full-automatic grinding, loading and unloading device, grinding precision and work efficiency of curved surface weld seams are improved, labor intensity is lowered and production cost is reduced.
