The antenna comprises two opposing conductive elements (31, 32, 33, 34,- 111, 112, 113, 114; 221, 222, 231, 232) arranged on one side of the substrate and electrically connected to the integrated circuit; and a conductive patch (40, 150, 240) arranged between the elements on the same side of the substrate and not electrically connected to them.
