High temperature shrink furnace

The invention relates to a high temperature shrink furnace, which comprises furnace linings on both sides arranged on a conveyer belt; a hearth for positioning a quartz infrared heating pipe is arranged outside the furnace linings; two centrifugal blower fans connected with a frequency converter are installed at intervals on the top of the hearth; at least one hot blast opening is formed on the furnace linings; air exits connected with suction openings of the centrifugal blower fans are provided above the hot blast openings of the furnace linings. The present invention has beneficial effects that the molecular structure of shrink film is forced to change, thereby, the furnace improves product exhibit appearance with smooth shrink films without acute angle; achieves good energy-saving effect; and can save energy by more than 50% compared with the shrink furnaces of the prior arts.
