Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for manufacturing an inductive iron core from soft magnet silicon-aluminum alloy powder. The method comprises the following steps of: smelting an iron-silicon-aluminum alloy in a non-vacuum induction furnace under the protection of argon gas, wherein a smelting component is a specific content of iron-silicon-aluminum alloy in which a small number of rare earth elements are added; mechanically crushing an iron-silicon-aluminum alloy cast ingot into fine particles; annealing; performing particle size distribution; adding an insulating agent, an adhesive and a releasing agent into the iron-silicon-aluminum alloy powder; performing compression molding; performing thermal treatment; and performing surface coating, wherein the added insulating agent is silicasol. The magnetic powder core manufactured by the method has high temperature stability of magneto-electric performance and the magnetic core loss is not increased by over 3.0 percent from normal temperature to 125 DEG C. |
