Midway of the first selector (30) and the dust collector (80), there is disposed a second sorter (60) for sorting the powders (Z) into coarse powders (Z1) and fine powders (Z2) by the vacuum of the dust collector (80). The mixture of the fine particles (Y) and the coarse powders (Z1) is made into the sand, so that contribution is made to an improvement in the properties of concrete and a reduction of the excess by-product powder.
