Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a curing agent of roadbed soil of a cold region. A curing agent of active slag silicate soil has the defects of large construction amount, higher requirements for a process and more defects on usability. The curing agent comprises an A agent and a B agent. The curing agent is characterized in that the A agent is a high molecular polymer which is prepared by mixing with water-soluble organic polyacrylamide, sodium chloride and polyaluminium chloride and has surface activity; the B agent is inorganic polysalt prepared by mixing with the polyaluminium chloride, sodium sulfate and calcium chloride; and the mixing mass proportion of the A agent and the B agent is 1:1-3:1. The invention is used for civil engineering, i.e. roads and the like.
