Zusammenfassung:	The invention is about a liquid-crystal display device, comprising a pixel transistor, a pixel electrode electrically connected with the pixel transistor, a driver transistor electrically connected with the pixel transistor, a first electrode corresponding to the pixel electrode and a second electrode corresponding to the grid of the driver transistor, wherein the pixel transistor and the pixel electrode are arranged at the display area of a substrate, and the driver transistor is arranged at the surrounding area of the substrate. The first electrode is arranged at the display area of an opposite-direction substrate, and the second electrode is arranged at the surrounding area of the opposite-direction substrate and is insulated with the first electrode. The first electrode is used for receiving a first common voltage needed by the pixel transistor in operating to display an image.
