The invention relates to an accumulator discharging device, which comprises a main discharging circuit and a feedback circuit that is connected with the main discharging circuit in parallel, wherein the main discharging circuit comprises a discharging resistance, an IGBT electronic switch, an inductance and a current sensor which are connected in series; the feedback circuit consists of a hysteresis current comparator, a drive circuit, a protection circuit and a current setter; the output ends of the current sensor and the current setter are respectively connected with the cophase input end and the inverse phase input end of the hysteresis current comparator; and the IGBT electronic switch is arranged on the junction of the main discharging circuit and the feedback circuit.
