Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a structural surface simulation rock material which comprises sand, cement, water, silicon powder and a water reducing agent. Various raw materials are uniformly stirred to prepare a mixing material. The structural surface simulation rock material comprises the following components by weight percent: 40 to 68% of sand, 8 to 20% of water, 20 to 45% of cement, 2 to 10% of silicon powder and 0.5 to 2% of water reducing agent. The production process of the direct shearing test structural surface simulation rock comprises the following steps of: (1) sifting the sand to remove impurities of the sand and make the sand meet requirements of standards of sand for buildings; (2) putting the sand, the water, the silicon powder and the cement to a mixing processor for mixing and stirring according to the set proportion; (3) putting weighted water reducing agent to the remaining water for uniformly stirring; and (4) pouring uniformly stirred mixture of the water and the water reducing agent to the
