Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses zinc alloy granules for an alkali electrochemical battery, which is characterized by comprising the following elements in ppm by mass: 30 to 70 ppm of aluminum, 120 to 250 ppm of bismuth, 100 to 1,000 ppm of indium and the balance of zinc, wherein the grain diameter of the zinc alloy granules is between 75 and 425 micrometers, and the average grain diameter of the zinc alloy granules is between 100 and 200 micrometers. The granules not only keep the characteristics of large specific surface area and high activity of a zinc powder material, but also solve the problem of poor anode liquidity and difficult battery assembly when the content of the zinc powder material is over high in the anode. Anode gel prepared by the zinc alloy granules has good flowing property, and meets the requirement of assembling the battery on the conventional high-speed production line for producing 300 batteries per minute. |
