Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a dehumidifying and cooling method in producing high-tower granulation urea-based compound fertilizer, comprising the following steps: 1) material leaving a tower is sent into a microwave dryer or a roller dryer by a hoister to be heated to 80-90 DEG C, and material moisture is lowered to 0.6-0.8%; 2) material with the moisture content being 0.6-0.8% is sent into a totally-closed sieving machine to be sieved; 3) sieved material is put in a roller cooler or a vibration fluidized bed cooler to be cooled to 32-39 DEG C; and 4) material cooled in step 3 is packaged into a product after surface conditioning. When used for producing high-tower granulation urea-based compound fertilizer, the method of the invention can remove moisture in materials, so that no blocking phenomenon appears to the product when produced in high-temperature seasons, thus greatly improving product quality, preventing the product from using anti-blocking agent during storage and transportation processes, thoroughly s |
