The shaking type autoclave comprises an autoclave pot body, a left shaking frame, a right shaking frame, an oscillating guide-bar mechanism, a left steel wire rope driving device, a right steel wire rope driving device, a steel wire rope backward driving device, a left sterilization basket and a right sterilization basket, wherein a guide bar connecting end in the oscillating guide-bar mechanism is fixedly connected with the right steel wire rope driving device and a driving wheel in the steel wire rope backward driving device; an output end of the steel wire rope backward driving device is connected with the left steel wire rope driving device; the left sterilization basket and the right sterilization basket are tightly pressed in the left shaking frame and the right shaking frame respectively; and two ends of a left steel wire rope in the left steel wire rope driving device and two ends of a right steel wire rope in the right st
