The invention relates to a displacement device which is particularly applicable to weld large parts and comprises a cross beam (10), the two ends of the cross beam (10) are provided with rotating shafts (20a and 20b) which have a same core, the body of the cross beam (10) is parallel to the axle centers of the rotating shafts (20a and 20b) and arranged in an eccentric way, the rotating shaft (2b) at one end of the cross beam (10) is connected with a power mechanism (70), the middle part of the cross beam (10) is provided with a worktable (40), a rotating mechanism (110) is arranged between the worktable (40) and the cross beam (10), and the center of rotation of the rotating mechanism (110) is vertical to the cross beam (10). The displacement device can cause pieces to be processed to rotate and stay in a proper position so as to bring convenience for processing, thus being especially suitable for the displacement and posture adjustment of parts with a plurality of positions needing processing.
