The invention provides a pelletizing method of pine pollen, which is characterized in that: pine pollen extracting solution with the mass concentration of 3-15 percent and pine pollen are evenly mixed according to the mass ratio of 1:0.4-1.5 of pine pollen to extracting solution, and then made into soft granules; the soft granules are dried to granules with 8-15 percent of water content under the conditions that the temperature is less than 40 DEG C and the relative humidity is less than 50 percent to obtain broken wall pine pollen materials. Without adding any traditional accessories as bonding agent, the pine pollen extracting solution is directly used as the bonding agent, the pine pollen content in the product reaches up to 100 percent; and by low-temperature dehumidification and drying, the loss of enzyme active substances in the pine pollen is reduced, and the edible potency of the broken pine pollen is effectively improved.
