description | The invention relates to an interpenetrating polymer network anti-corrosive paint and a manufacturing method thereof. First, the alkyd resin is penetrated with the phenolic resin for a first cross bonding by using the cross linker; then, the obtained resin is penetrated with the epoxide resin for a second cross bonding by using the cross linker; at last, the synthetic resin with excellent combination property can be synthesized, and the anti-corrosive paint having high performance can be prepared. |
