Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a vaccine and a method for preparing the same. The method comprises: (a) utilizing cell strains to culture virus to obtain a supernatant containing the virus; (b) inactivating the virus to form an inactivated vaccine; and (c) carrying out nano-treatment on the inactivated vaccine. For the nano-embedded inactivated vaccine, the particle size is between 20 and 500nm, the virus concentration is more than 10 TCID50/ml, and when the vaccine is used for aquatic animals, the relative percentage survival (RPS) is more than 60 percent.
