The cosmetic tea is prepared by the following steps: a mixture of green tea, ginger, radix polygoni multiflori, Alisma orientale, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, and myrobalam, and water 20 to 30 times of the sum of the mixture are decocted for 3 to 5 minutes, white sugar or honey is added into the mixture to prepare, and sodium benzoate is added into the mixture. The tea prepared by the method has cosmetic effect, and also has functions of ensuring that skin has the elasticity, preventing and treating aging, activating blood circulation and removing dampness, reducing fat and losing weight, blackening hair, and lustering and moistening hair.
