Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an NMOSFET-based linear charger. A source electrode of a sensing NMOSFET is coupled with a source electrode of a charging NMOSFET, or the source electrode of the charging NMOSFET is coupled with the source electrode of the sensing NMOSFET, so that the sensing NMOSFET and the charging NMOSFET have the same switch source electrode differential voltage, therefore, drain sourceelectrode current generated by the sensing NMOSFET responds to drain source electrode current generated by the charging NMOSFET, then a current sensing signal is generated by the drain source electrode current generated by the sensing NMOSFET and is used for controlling the switch electrode voltage of the charging NMOSFET. As NMOSFET is taken as a charging MOSFET, the area of the chip of the charging MOSFET can be greatly reduced.
