Zusammenfassung:	The object of the invention is to provide a pedal (1) used on a vehicle, wherein the pedal (1) is provided with a pedal pad (2) that is taken as a foot board and a bearing base (4) fixed on a vehicle body (3). The pedal pad (2) is rotatablely hinged on the bearing base (4) and remarkably reduces the load of tibia to a minimum limit in a collision process, especially a front collision process. The object is settled mainly through the following mode that the pedal (1) is provided with at least one shock absorbing component (5) which can be loaded with force and deforms with energy absorption through the pedal pad (2) that supports the vehicle driver foot (8) operating the pedal (1), thereby remarkably reducing the leg force which operates the pedal (1).
