| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a device for cooking with radiation. The device comprises a cooking surface (2), a heating device (3) which is positioned above the cooking surface (2), and at least one vertical opening (4) that extends from the cooking surface (2) to the heating device (3). The heating device (3) is provided with at least one electric component (7) and a reflector system (8). According to the invention, the reflector system (8) surrounds a component (7) and is provided with at least one opening (12, 14). Furthermore the reflector system is shaped and installed relatively to the cooking surface (2) and the component (7) so that the heat radiation from the heating device (3) forms a heat curtain with a width which is equal with the width of the cooking surface (2) more or less. |
