The invention relates to a system and a method used for online detecting the defect of a fluoroplastic film, comprising a parallel image sensor device which consists of a plurality of high-resolution line array CCDs so as to obtain line array images, a control device used for the image sensor array, a control device of the line array CCD image sensor arrays is formed by a plurality of industrial control computers and touch screens and can achieve the synchronous control on a plurality of line array CCD cameras, an image transmission and processing device which is connected with the parallel image sensor device, consists of an industrial control local area network consisting of a plurality of industrial control computers and can achieve the parallel data transmission and data processing of a plurality of line array CCD sensors, and an illumination device which is suitable for the characteristics of the movable belt-shaped enwinding materials. The system and the method firstly apply the secondary differential o
