This invention provides a toner supply device capable of reliably opening and closing a shutter member and preventing the toner dispersing, and an image forming device provided with the same. The toner supply device (100) includes a toner shell (101), a transport-path forming member (t1), a shutter member (105), and a seal member (106). The shutter member (105) is movable between a closed position closing the transport path (t1) and an open position opening the transport path (t1) via entering an inserting opening (109) mounted at the side of the shell (101). The seal member (106) fills a gap between an inner wall of the inserting opening (109) and the shutter member (105) in a toner transport direction in which the toner is transported through the transport path (t1).
