The invention provides a multi-band antenna device and is applicable to a wireless communication device. The multi-band antenna device at least comprises a first radiation part, a second radiation part, a third radiation part, a feed-in terminal and an earthing terminal, wherein the second radiation part is connected with the first radiation part and has a shorter path length relative to the first radiation part, the third radiation part is connected with the first radiation part and has a shorter path length relative to the first radiation part, the feed-in terminal is connected with the second radiation part, the earthing terminal is at least connected partially with the third radiation part and/or the first radiation part.
