The mixture ratio of the oxygen and the fuel gas is automatically adjusted by the separate closed-loop feedback control of oxygen and fuel gas, and meanwhile, the mixture ratio is corrected by real-time controlled variable according to the burnt curve; subsequently, under the action of the two signals, the fuel gas and the oxygen actuator adjusts in real-time the fuel gas valve and the oxygen valve, and realize and maintain the presetoptimal combustion control ratio; a supervisory computer is used to sample and process the kiln in real-time, then the given quantity of pulse duty-ratio confirmed by the burnt curve is corrected to achieve the real-time controlled variable; and finally, the actuator is controlled and adjusted by the pulse manipulator in real-time to achieve optimal combustion control.
