Zusammenfassung:	A cooling fan comprises a plurality of vanes (4) arranged in rediatiform around a rotation axis and an out side ring (5) arranged at the cirumferential of each vane (4). In the cooling fan, the number of the vanes (4) is set as 12-16, and a periphery of blowing side of the vanes (4) and the out side ring (5) are connected through a curve part (46) of 10-14 mm. The out side ring (5) comprises a ring body part (51) in approximately a cylinder form and a ring side part (52) extending from the two ends of the axis of the ring body part (51), and also a section in approximately C-shape opening toward the out side of the circumferencial direction.
