Low-power consumption handhold RFID patrol apparatus as well as method for implementing low-power consumption

Provided is a low power dissipation hand-hold RFID patrolling device and a method realizing the same, including a microcontroller, a memorizer, a clock, a RF receiving chip, peripheral equipment, an RS interface and a battery module. When the RF receiving chip does not read the label, the device is in the sleep state; when reading the label, the microcontroller CPU awoke the device; the microcontroller CPU controls each part to work, when the CPU does not work, the device is in the sleep state namely a low power dissipationmode; when the CPU is working, the RF receiving chip, or the peripheral equipment, or the RS interface is in the working mode through the intermit awakening, thereby the whole device operates in low power dissipation. The device of the invention has low power dissipation, durable action, charging function and increased usability.
