Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a glasses type drowsiness prevention system and a drowsiness prevention method using the system. The system is subtly integrated with the glasses, the brain wave and eye move wave of the user are used to distinguish whether the user has entered or is about to enter the sleep state, and transmits to remote in a wireless mode to execute appropriate analysis and response. When the user has entered or is about to enter the sleep state, an irritating apparatus on the spectacle-frame is used to wake and alarm the user. The system has timely and accurate response, convenient carry and use; can effectively prevent drowsiness, to avoid accidents from happening.
