The preparation method comprises mixing, striiing, adding sand, drying and sintering the materials of red capillary soil, high aluminum solid material, high aluminum fine powder, polystyrene powder, fine clay powder, high purity paper pulp, calcium powder and binder, shaping the materials into microbe encapsulated brick in needed shape. The invention has wide application for storing and culturing microbe, treating industrial waste water, municipal sewage, chemical waste water and deying sewage and replacing cement brick of city walkway. The water and nutrient storage function of the inventive product is beneficial for plant growth. The invention has low cost, simple transportation, simple application and better microbe storage effect.
