Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a twist grip shift operating mechanism on the bicycle handle bar, including an operating ring case used for tensing and loosing the cable, an indicator having a figure and a pointer for showing the current shift of the shift gearing device, wherein the indicator has a form cover with the pointer and the sheet with transparent figure and/ or symbols. The structure with lowcost is completed preferably by splicing technology, especially the shift operating mechanism can clearly seen, and the figure and the sign with different forms are assembled by simply changing the sheet thereby designing the shift operating mechanism form for the environment.
