Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to one kind of steel cylinder jacket and its machining process, and belongs to the field of diesel engine cylinder jacket technology. The steel cylinder jacket machining process includes the following steps: 1. making blank of steel cylinder jacket with steel pipe and through welding or punching to form one supporting ring; and 2. machining the blank to obtain steel cylinder jacket product in the required sizes. The present invention has reasonable design, simple machining process, high material utilizing rate and low manufacture cost, and is especially suitable for machining cylinder jacket with supporting shoulder in the width greater than the wall thickness.
