It includes the following steps: compounding qualified base pipe and radiator pipe to form compound pipe, rolling the radiator pipe to form compound cooling pipe; cutting the compound cooling pipe; peeling off the fins on two sides of radiator pipe; washing and gaining the cooling pipe product. The invention has the advantages of high percentage of certified products, good quality, good cooling effect, wide application fields, etc. The method could be also used to produce U shaped air-water complex cooling pipe and any other air-water complex cooling pipe.
