Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a distance adjuster and a relative head massage helm, comprising a first wrap frame, a second wrap frame, a first weft frame, a second weft frame and three distance adjusters, wherein each distance adjuster comprises a base, a transmission gear, an adjusting button, an end cover and a return elastic element. The transmission gear is mounted on the base, while it can rotate around itself rotary axis, the adjusting button has a freedom to rotate around itself rotary axis and a freedom to translate along itself rotary axis, the adjusting button has a first tooth ring and a second tooth ring, the end cover has a third tooth ring, the first tooth ring is meshed with the straight tooth of the transmission gear, the second tooth ring is meshed with the straight tooth of the third tooth ring of the end cover, the end cover is mounted on the base, the return elastic element returns the adjusting button, each frame has a tooth bar meshed with the transmission gear. The distance adjuster can move frame near or far to adjust the size of helm.
