Zusammenfassung:Using rapid formation method of light solidification, the technique prepares each resin mould part of aeroplane model to be test at wind tunnel. Based on positioning holes of template and cylindrical pins assorted with the holes, pinpointingpiston of metal solidified sleeve is implemented. Using injection and perfusion of rosin and UV irradiation accomplishes solidifying cementation between the metal solidified sleeve and resin mould part of aeroplane model. Using connecting piece in rosin-metal composition type and assembly technique positions and assembles each resin mould part of aeroplane model. Advantages are: lowering cost for fabricating models to be test at wind tunnel, quickening speed for test of wind tunnel, high bonding strength and assembling precision, and repeatable use.
