The resonator has a blade comprising a polygonal section core made of single-crystal silicon. A silicon dioxide coating is formed on a face of the polygonal section core to make the resonator less sensitive to temperature variations, where two adjacent faces of the core are not covered in a same manner. A deposit of the coating is privileged on parallel faces with respect to a plane of bending of the blade to modify frequency of the resonator with high intensity. A balance spring is formed by the blade wound into a spire having a length (l). |
