Zusammenfassung:	Arranged at one point of a container wall (1) there is a holder (3). This holder carries an impressed-current anode (9) and a reference electrode (7). The reference electrode is positioned close to the container wall. Arranged between the reference electrode and the impressed-current anode there is the single-piece electrical insulating part (5). The insulating part extends several times further inwards from the container wall than the reference electrode. The reference electrode is arranged in an annular recess (6) of the insulating part and is covered by a flow-preventing jacket (8). The abovementioned device is designed for fitting in containers which require cathodic corrosion protection; the device can be fitted without requiring much labour.
