Exemplified initiators are t-butyl perbenzoate or a mixture thereof with t-butyl peroctoate, CoCl 2 , CoCl 2 /ZnCl 2 , or cobalt naphthenate or acetate and triethylene diamine or mixtures thereof with dimethylethanolamine. Dipropyleneglycol, glycerol and dioctyl phthalate are used as solvents.
