Le sujet comporte au moins une zone cible définie pour l'administration de la substance. Une position tridimensionnelle du sujet en mouvement est calculée en fonction dudit balayage au moins, obtenu du sujet. La position tridimensionnelle comprend des coordonnées X, Y et Z définissant la position tridimensionnelle. Un réglage de synchronisation est calculé en fonction de la position tridimensionnelle calculée du sujet en mouvement. La synchronisation de l'administration de la substance à ladite zone cible définie au moins est réglée en fonction du sujet au moyen du réglage de synchronisation calculé. L'obtention, le calcul de la position tridimensionnelle, le calcul du réglage de synchronisation et le réglage sont effectués par au moins un processeur.
