La présente invention concerne un ensemble d'usure de trépan comprenant un manchon de soupape interne qui agit sur le poids au trépan (WOB) du trépan qui dépasse une valeur de seuil pour compenser la force de contre-pression fournie par un ressort contenu à l'intérieur de l'ensemble d'usure de trépan et la pression d'écoulement interne du fluide de forage au niveau de la zone du manchon de soupape interne. L'actionnement du manchon de soupape interne ouvre un passage de fluide vers l'espace annulaire de puits de forage, conduisant ainsi à une réduction de la pression d'écoulement de fluide de forage et l'étirement du train de tiges de forage, ce qui permet de réduire le WOB du trépan sans assistance d'un opérateur. |
