There are also provided means for avoiding the accidental loss of the support element when walking. L'invention concerne un dispositif antidérapant destiné à une semelle de chaussure (1) du type comprenant des moyens antidérapants ou anti-glissement tels que des clous ou des crampons (12) qui ne sont pas fixés à la semelle mais qui sont fixés sur des éléments supports qui peuvent être retournés pour être cachés dans des fentes (6) réalisées sur la semelle elle-même, chaque élément support de retournement étant articulé à ses extrémités sur des blocs cubiques (4) qui sont ancrés à la semelle en raison d'un élément d'accouplement en forme de champignon (13) qui est moulé d'une seule pièce avec le bloc cubique lui-même, constitué du même matériau thermo-polyuréthane que les éléments supports et qui est ajusté par encliquetage dans son siège (14) disposé dans la semelle à côté de la fente où l'élément support de retournement est reçu après le retournement, sans interférer avec l'intégrité de la semelle elle-même et permettant ainsi son remplacement sans difficulté.
