Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to seco (opened ring) macrolide compounds of formula (I), to the process for preparation thereof, to the use of said seco macrolide compounds as intermediates for preparation of macrolide based macrocycles, to macrolide based macrocycles obtained from said seco macrolide compounds, to the process for preparation of macrolide based macrocycles, to the pharmaceutical compositions comprising macrolide based macrocycles, and to the use of macrolide based macrocycles as therapeutic agents. La présente invention concerne des composés macrolides de type seco (cycle ouvert) de formule (I), leur procédé de préparation et l'utilisation desdits composés macrolides de type seco en tant qu'intermédiaires pour la préparation de macrocycles à base de macrolides, des macrocycles à base de macrolides obtenus à partir desdits composés macrolides de type seco, le procédé de préparation de macrocycles à base de macrolides, les compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant des macrocycles à base de macrolides, et l'utilisation de macrocycles à base de macrolides en tant qu'agents thérapeutiques.
