This problem is solved in that the component has at least one respective connecting element (6) and at least one respective fastening element (7), wherein the active part (3) has in each case one groove (8) open radially outward or radially inward for accommodating a respective first end (9) of the respective connecting element (6) and the respective tip (5) of the respective web (4), wherein the respective groove (8), the respective web (4), and the respective connecting element (6) are designed in such a way that an interlocking connection of the respective web (4) and of the respective connecting element (6) to the active part (3) can be obtained by fastening the respective connecting elements (6) in the region of the respective second end (10) of the respective connecting element to the respective web (4) by means of the respective fastening element (7).
