Zusammenfassung:?The invention relates to construction, and specifically to welding above-ground and below-ground pipelines from high-strength pipes with controllable heat input. Use of the invention will increase the bearing capacity of pipelines manufactured using pipes, pipe sections and pipe strings which have been welded to form a joint. The present method involves connecting two or more cylindrical metal pipes, pipe sections, and pipe strings by means of a welded annular joint, and using arc welding along the entire perimeter of the pipe, wherein the criterion for producing a high-quality weld joint involves the optimal selection of parameters of a thermal welding cycle. The proposed welding method allows for providing an optimal structure, high durability characteristics and viscoplastic characteristics in the area of the weld joint, and for providing for the required bearing capacity of a pipeline and for the operational reliability thereof.
