WRITING INSTRUMENT AND INK CARTRIDGE

Provided is an exceptionally convenient writing instrument which, despite using a replaceable ink cartridge having a stopper body opened by pressing, can minimize the inadvertent leakage of ink prone to occur when the spent cartridge container is withdrawn, thus making cartridge replacement highly easy. The writing instrument is provided with: a replaceable ink cartridge comprising a bottomed cylindrical container which is open at the front end and closed at the back end, and a stopper body which fits against the inside peripheral surface of the opening of the container; and a protruding part which inserts into the opening of the container and presses the stopper body rearward, opening the ink cartridge. When being pressed to open, the protruding part and the stopper body interconnect, and during cartridge replacement, the protruding part and the stopper body disconnect, and the stopper body refastens into the container opening. L'invention concerne un instrument d'écriture exceptionnellement pratique qui, malgré l'utilisation d'une cartouche d'encre remplaçable ayant un corps de bouchon ouvert par pression peut réduire à un minimum une fuite d'encre accidentelle qui a tendance à se produire lorsque le récipient de cartouche utilisée est retiré, ce qui permet un remplacement de cartouche très facile. L'instrument d'écriture comprend : une cartouche d'encre remplaçable comprenant un récipient cylindrique avec fond qui est ouvert au niveau de l'extrémité avant et fermé au niveau de l'extrémité arrière, et un corps de bouchon qui se fixe contre la surface périphérique interne de l'ouverture du récipient ; et une partie en saillie qui s'insère dans l'ouverture du récipient et pousse le corps de bouchon vers l'arrière, ouvrant la cartouche d'encre. Lorsqu'ils sont pressés pour s'ouvrir, la partie en saillie et le corps de bouchon sont interconnectés et, pendant le remplacement de la cartouche, la partie en saillie et le corps de bouchon sont désolidarisés et le corps de bouchon se rattache dans l'ouverture du récipient.
