L'ensemble (10) comprend un châssis (11) portant une flèche (13) montée pivotante. Une extrémité distale (27) de la flèche (13) porte une partie de tête (27) recouverte par un couvercle (34) et conçue pour empêcher le vent et la pluie d'entrer dans la région située entre la flèche et une soute de caisson de transbordement pendant le chargement de matériaux en vrac.
