L'invention vise à mettre en oeuvre un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif à fibres en forme de flexible d'un élément composite renforcé par fibres (3, 11, 13) et un dispositif à fibres en forme de flexible, en tant que produit intermédiaire pour un élément composite (3, 11, 13), les conditions locales en termes de géométrie de l'élément composite (3, 11, 13) et son profil de contrainte étant pris en compte de façon particulièrement simple et fiable.
