Zusammenfassung:	A machine (M) for the surface treatment of a cylinder (C), comprises a first operative station (MA) for supporting said cylinder (C) and bringing it into rotation around its own longitudinal axis (X), and at least a second operative station (MB) cooperating with said first station (MA) for generating and emitting, by means of an optical fibre apparatus, pulsed laser radiations randomly striking the surface (S) of said cylinder (C) and defining a desired roughness on the same surface (S); said second station (MB) being adjustably coupled with said first station (MA) in a first direction (K) parallel with respect to the axis (X) of said cylinder (C) and carrying one or more pulsed laser radiation emitting heads (8), and slidingly assembled with respect to said cylinder (C) in a second direction (Z) perpendicular to said axis (X).
