Zusammenfassung:	Provided is technology that can easily and with a simple configuration switch between a vacuum function and a blower function of an electric cleaner, and can effectively use the blower function even in a variety of conditions. Regarding a representative air sucking/blowing device (10A), the interior of a main body (111) is the main duct (101) for air, and the interior of a blowing duct section (112) provided to said main body (111) is a secondary duct (102) for air. When a sucking airflow is formed in the main duct (101), a power fan (114b) within a suction chamber (115) rotates, and a blowing fan (114a) rotates in conjunction therewith, thus forming a blowing airflow in the secondary duct (102). At this point, by switching the duct switch section (116) of a valve member provided to the position of confluence of the main duct (101) and the secondary duct (102), the formation of a blowing airflow or a suction airflow can be easily switched.
