L'invention concerne une séquence ADN codant, sensiblement sans activité lipase, un polypeptide ayant une activité phospholipase, et se caractérise en ce que la séquence ADN est sélectionnée dans la liste suivantes: a) séquences ADN qui comprennent une séquence nucléotide conforme à SEQ ID NO: 1, b) séquences ADN qui comprennent la séquence codante conforme à SEQ ID NO: 1, c) séquences ADN qui codent la séquence protéine conforme à SEQ ID NO: 2 d) séquences ADN qui sont codées par le plasmide pPL3940-Topo2.5, avec la carte de restriction conforme à la figure 7, et déposées sous le numéro de dépôt DSM 22741, e) séquences ADN qui, dans des conditions stringentes, sont hybridées avec l'une des séquences ADN, conformément à a), b), c) ou d), f) séquences ADN qui sont apparentées, par suite de la dégénération du code génétique, avec les séquences ADN conformément à a), b), c), d) ou e), et g) brins complémentaires aux séquences, conformément à a) à f), la séquence ADN étant dérivée, de préférence, de l'Aspergillus et, en particulier, de l'Aspergillus fumigatus; et un polypeptide ayant une activité phospholipase, sensiblement sans activité lipase, sélectionné dans la liste suivante: a) un polypeptide qui est codé comme précédemment défini, par la partie codante d'une séquence ADN, b) un polypeptide ayant la séquence conforme à SEQ ID NO: 2 ou une séquence qui en dérive, qui est obtenue par substitution, addition, délétion d'un ou de plusieurs aminoacides, c) un polypeptide ayant une séquence qui présente au moins 83% d'identité par rapport aux aminoacides 1 à 299 de SEQ ID NO: 2, d) un polypeptide qui est codé par une séquence d'acide nucléique qui est hybridée, dans des conditions stringentes, avec (i) les nucléotides 55 à 1106 de SEQ ID NO: 1, (ii) la séquence ADNc contenue dans les nucléotides 55 à 1 106 de SEQ ID NO: 1, (iii) une séquence partielle de (i) ou (ii) d'au moins 100 nucléotides, ou (iv) d'un brin complémentaire de (i), (ii) ou (iii), e) une variante du polypeptide avec SEQ ID NO: 2 comprenant une substitution, une délétion et/ou une insertion d'un ou de plusieurs aminoacides, f) variantes alléliques des séquences aminoacides a) à e).</abstract><oa>free_for_read</oa></addata></record> |
